Our project is called "Interactive foot platform", it helps the children to play their videogames without being static all time. It´s a try to create a Virual Reality technology.
WHY?

We wanted to change the way how video games are played, making a new gameplay style, more focused on the physical movement.
HOW?
HOW?
An eva rubber platform has been made, with four metalic arrows, based on cardboards covered with alminum tape. Makey Makey board makes possible the gameplay experience.
WHAT?
WHAT?
The interactive platform can move the main character of a video game, replacing the original arrows or letters of the AWSD character movement function of any computer keyboard.

The team has learnt how to program the Makey Makey board, and that everything can be possible when we do a good teamwork, with the right help.

We can expand our project using VR glasses, granting access to a fully immersive experience.

This project not only seeks to change the way children play video games, but also introduces a new form of physical interaction in the world of electronic games. They could investigate how to improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the platform to ensure a smooth and satisfying gaming experience for children.
